The license

One license covers every photograph: personal use, version 2. Use the image on your own devices and in personal projects, with no expiry. Credit the photographer where practical. No resale, no redistribution, no commercial use, no AI training.

You may

  • Set the image as a wallpaper, lock screen or background on devices you own
  • Print it for your own home or as a personal gift
  • Use it in personal, non-commercial projects and posts, crediting the photographer where practical
  • Keep and re-download it after a subscription ends
  • Crop, resize and adjust it for your own use

You may not

  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the file, altered or not
  • Use it commercially or to promote anything, including a business you own
  • Make it part of a logo, trademark or product for sale
  • Include it in a dataset used to train machine-learning models
  • Remove or alter the photographer's name, copyright notice or other authorship information supplied with the file

PERSONAL USE LICENSE (v2)

You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to
use this image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

YOU MAY: use the image on devices you own, including as a wallpaper or lock screen;
print it for your own home or as a personal gift; include it in personal,
non-commercial projects and posts; and crop, resize or adjust it for those uses.
This license does not expire, and it survives the end of any subscription through
which you obtained the image.

CREDIT: where you share the image, or a work that includes it, credit the
photographer by name wherever it is practical to do so.

YOU MAY NOT: resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the image file, whether
altered or not; use it for any commercial or promotional purpose; incorporate it
into a logo, trademark, or product offered for sale; include it in any dataset used
to train a machine-learning model; or remove or alter the photographer's name,
copyright notice or other authorship information supplied with the file, except
where resizing or adjusting the image for your own use drops it as a side effect.

The photographer retains copyright and all rights not expressly granted here.

This license may be terminated if its terms are breached, or if the purchase through
which it was granted is reversed or refunded.

In effect since October 9, 2026. If these terms ever change, the change applies only to new purchases — whatever you bought, you keep on the terms you bought it under.
